The Burris Optics XTR III Ill is a 3.3-18x riflescope.
A top end in this range is enough to place a shot at distance while the bottom end stays usable up close. It is the common compromise for a rifle expected to do more than one job.
Eye relief is listed at 4.0'' – the distance the eye sits behind the ocular to see the full picture, which is what has to be respected when positioning the scope in the rings.
Reticle: SCR 2 MIL.
