The Chiappa Firearms M6 Bl/stl is a break action in .22 WMR with an 18.5" barrel, a 1:16 twist and 1-round capacity plus one chambered.
This is a conventional rimfire barrel length. Rimfire powder is fully burnt well before the muzzle, so extra length adds sight radius and weight rather than velocity. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with adjustable fiber optic sights.
