Christensen Arms 8010135500 Mesa FFT Buckmasters Full Size 6.5 PRC 22″ Black Cerakote Match Grade Threaded Barrel, Black Cerakote Stainless Steel Drilled & Tapped Receiver, Black w/Orange Sporter FFT

Description

The Christensen Arms Mesa Fft Buckmasters Full is a bolt action in 6.5 PRC with a 22" barrel and a 1:8 twist.

This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.

This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.

The Mesa FFT takes our proven stainless-steel precision platform and makes it lighter, stronger and faster with Flash Forged Technology. Its FFT carbon fiber stock shaves weight without sacrificing durability; the stainless-steel, free-floating barrel is hand-lapped and threaded for suppressors or brakes. The spot-bedded action, skeletonized bolt handle and TriggerTech trigger give you the confidence to take the shot.
