Christensen Arms 8010617200 Ridgeline FFT 6.5 PRC 3+1 20″ Carbon Fiber/Threaded Barrel, Stainless Steel, Black with Gray Accents Stock, Left Hand

Description

The Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT 6.5 is a bolt action rifle in 6.5 PRC with a 20" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.

This is a left-hand action: the bolt handle and ejection port are on the left side, laid out for a left-handed shooter. This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The 6.5 PRC is commonly chosen for long-range hunting and precision shooting. It pushes 6.5mm bullets faster than Creedmoor, trading barrel life and recoil for reach.

Utilizing the latest in carbon fiber manufacturing, the Ridgeline FFT is up to a full pound lighter while introducing additional features such as an FFT (flat forged technology) carbon fiber floor plate and bolt knob. The side-baffle brake and stylish paint scheme distinguish the model even further, all while retaining the Christensen Arms Sub-MOA Guarantee.
