CHA EVOKE BA 270 22BB

Description

The Christensen Arms Evoke is a bolt action rifle in .270 Winchester with a 22" barrel, a 1:7.5 twist and 4-round capacity.

This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is faster than the usual twist for this cartridge, which suits the heavier, longer bullets distance shooters tend to favor.

The .270 Winchester is commonly chosen for deer, antelope and open-country hunting. A long-standing flat-shooting hunting cartridge.
