The Cold Steel features a 4" S35VN stainless blade, clip point, plain edge, G-10 handle, black finish.

The blade is S35VN SS, a refined powder steel that keeps the edge retention of S30V while being meaningfully easier to sharpen. G-10 is a fiberglass laminate: light, dimensionally stable, and grippy even wet.

This is a larger folder aimed at outdoor and work use, where reach and cutting power matter more than minimising pocket bulk.

Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 4.0" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it. Knives ship directly to you with no FFL transfer and no background check, unlike a firearm. Keep the blade dry and the pivot clean, and touch the edge up on a strop or fine stone before it gets properly dull – it is far less work than bringing back a blunt edge.
