The Connecticut Valley Arms / CVA Scout is a single shot in 25 Creedmoor with a 16.5" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 1-round capacity.
A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles.
