Description

The Connecticut Valley Arms / CVA Scout SB is a single shot in .223 REM/5.56 NATO with a 16.5" barrel, a 1:9 twist and 1-round capacity.

A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. That is slower than the usual twist for this cartridge, so it favors lighter bullets; very heavy projectiles may not stabilize.
