The DPMS/Panther Arms Anvil FRG 30RD is an AK-pattern rifle in 7.62 x 39mm with a 16" barrel, a 1:9.5 twist and 30-round capacity.
A carbine-length barrel keeps the firearm maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes with leaf rear sights.
