This is a European American Armory / EAA Corp 18-round 9mm magazine for the Regard.

This is an extended magazine, adding rounds at the cost of some grip length and concealability. Magazines are consumable: springs and followers wear before the body does, so buying spares and rotating them is cheaper than chasing feed problems later.
