FEDERAL AE 45 ACP 230GR FMJ – 50RD 20BX/CS AMERICA 250TH

Description

Federal Ammunition .45 ACP ammunition, 230 grain full metal jacket, 50 rounds per box.

Full metal jacket – the jacket wraps the lead core. It is not designed to expand, which is why this construction is the usual choice for practice and high-volume range work.

Bullet weight is given in grains; there are 7,000 to the pound, so this one weighs 230 grains. Within a calibre a heavier bullet generally leaves the muzzle slower and carries its velocity further, while a lighter one starts faster and sheds speed sooner.

Ammunition is not a firearm and ships directly to you, though some states and cities restrict ammunition shipments or require a licence or permit. Check your local rules before ordering – if you are unsure, ask us first.
