The Grace USA Hook & Pick Set is a punch and pick set.
Punches drive the pins that hold a firearm together; picks lift springs, O-rings and detents that fingers cannot reach.
Match the punch to the pin: too small and it mushrooms the pin or slips and gouges the receiver, too large and it will not enter the hole. Brass and nylon punches are for finished surfaces because they deform before the gun does; steel is for stubborn pins where you accept the risk.
