HENRY REPEATING ARMS H1 FRONTIER 17HMR BL/WD 20″

Description

The Henry Repeating Arms Frontier is a lever action rifle in .17 HMR with a 20" barrel, a 1:9 twist and 13-round capacity.

This is a conventional rimfire barrel length. Rimfire powder is fully burnt well before the muzzle, so extra length adds sight radius and weight rather than velocity. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes with adjustable rear/bead front sights.

The .17 HMR is commonly chosen for small game and varmints at extended range. It shoots much flatter than .22 LR at the cost of ammunition price.

This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
