The Hi Point Firearms Hi-Point Luger is a semi-auto in 9mm with a 13.25" barrel, a 1:9 twist and 10-round capacity.

A carbine-length barrel keeps the pistol maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. It comes with a hiviz | front sight and a ghost ring rear sight.

The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and carry. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
