This is a KCI USA 31-round .40 S&W magazine for the 22, in Black.

This is an extended magazine, adding rounds at the cost of some grip length and concealability. Magazines are consumable: springs and followers wear before the body does, so buying spares and rotating them is cheaper than chasing feed problems later.
