The Larue Tactical Siete 308 5+1 is a bolt action in .308 / 7.62 NATO with a 20" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 5-round capacity plus one chambered.

This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is faster than the usual twist for this cartridge, which suits the heavier, longer bullets distance shooters tend to favor.
