Description

The Lee Precision Carbide Factory Crimp is a crimp die in .357 MAGNUM.

Dies do the shaping in reloading. A full-length die resizes the whole case back to factory dimensions, which is what makes ammunition chamber in any rifle. A neck die works only the case neck, leaving the body fitted to the chamber it was fired in – less working of the brass, but the ammunition is then specific to that rifle. A seating die sets bullet depth.

Dies are cartridge-specific: these are .357 MAGNUM and will not work another case.

Check the thread. Most modern presses take 7/8-14 dies, but large cases and some presses use 1-1/4-12, and the die has to match the press.
