The Midwest Industries Combat Rail M-Lok is an AR handguard, 7".

A free-float handguard mounts to the barrel nut and does not touch the barrel anywhere else, so pressure from a sling or a bipod is not transferred into the barrel.

Attachment is M-LOK: slots that accept accessories directly through a T-nut. It is the current common standard.

Handguard length has to suit the gas system and the barrel: the handguard must clear the gas block, and most makers supply their own barrel nut, so it is not always a straight swap between brands.
