The Mossberg Patriot Bl/Wd is a bolt action in .22-250 Remington with a 22" barrel, a 1:14 twist and 5-round capacity plus one chambered.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is slower than the usual twist for this cartridge, so it favors lighter bullets; very heavy projectiles may not stabilize. It ships without iron sights, so budget for an optic, rings and a base if you do not already have them.
The .22-250 Remington is commonly chosen for varmints and predators at long range. High velocity and a flat trajectory, at the cost of barrel life.
