The Moultrie Power Mag III Battery is a trail camera.
A trail camera photographs whatever triggers its motion sensor and stores it, so it watches ground you are not standing on.
Trigger speed is the delay between detection and the shutter, and it decides whether an animal crossing the frame is in the picture or already past it. Detection range and flash type matter with it: white flash gives colour at night and is visible, infrared is far less visible, and no-glow infrared is the most discreet and the shortest ranged.
A cellular camera sends images over a mobile network and needs a plan and coverage where it is mounted; a standard camera stores to an SD card you collect. Both eat batteries in cold weather.
Check your state's rules before hunting over one. Several restrict live-transmitting cameras during the season.
