The Nose Jammer Necessities is a scent-control product.

Scent-control products work on the odours a hunter carries in – body, clothing, laundry detergent, vehicle. Sprays and washes either use enzymes or bacteria intended to break those compounds down, or aim to cover and confuse them with a scent common in the woods.

Nothing removes scent from moving air. These are used to reduce what you bring with you; wind direction still decides most of the outcome, and how much difference any of it makes depends on conditions.
