The Ruger / Sturm, Ruger & Co. PC Carbine is a semi-auto in 9mm with a 16.12" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 10-round capacity.
A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with blade front/ghost ring rear sights.
The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and carry. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
