Savage Arms 32670 110 Core Tactical 6mm Creedmoor 10+1 20″ Medium Heavy Fluted Barrel, Arca Rail Forend, Coyote Tan AccuStock w/AccuFit V2 Synthetic Stock, Right Hand

Description

The Savage 110 is a bolt action rifle in 6MM Creedmoor with a 20" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 10-round capacity.

This barrel length is the usual compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while still being manageable to carry all day, and short enough that a suppressor on the end does not make it unwieldy. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.

The 6MM Creedmoor is commonly chosen for competition and target shooting. Popular in precision series for its low recoil and high ballistic coefficient bullets.
