The Savage Arms 110 Ultralite Carbon is a bolt action in .28 Nosler with a 24" barrel, a 1:8.4 twist and 2-round capacity plus one chambered.
A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It ships without iron sights, so budget for an optic, rings and a base if you do not already have them.
The .28 Nosler is commonly chosen for open-country hunting at extended range. Flat trajectory and substantial energy, with recoil to match.
