Savage Arms 46240 Revel Tactical 17 HMR 9+1 18″ Black Threaded Barrel, Black Receiver w/Picatinny Rail, M-LOK Handguard, Black MDT Adj Comb Polymer Stock

Description

The Savage Arms Revel Tactical 17 is a lever action rifle in .17 HMR with an 18" barrel, a 1:9 twist and 9-round capacity plus one chambered.

Rimfire velocity peaks in the high teens of barrel length, so a barrel this short gives up very little and keeps the rifle light and quick to handle. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes with adjustable iron sights w/ hooded front.

The .17 HMR is commonly chosen for small game and varmints at extended range. It shoots much flatter than .22 LR at the cost of ammunition price.

This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.
