The Seekins Precision Havak PH3 300 is a bolt action in .300 Winchester Magnum with a 22" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.

This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with.
