The Seekins Precision Ph3 Urban Shadow is a bolt action in .308 / 7.62 NATO with a 20" barrel, a 1:11.25 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. That is slower than the usual twist for this cartridge, so it favors lighter bullets; very heavy projectiles may not stabilize.
The .308 is commonly chosen for hunting, target shooting and general use. Probably the most versatile centerfire cartridge available – ammunition is everywhere, and it handles most North American game.
