Description
The Sig Sauer M18 is a semi-auto in 9mm with a 3.9" barrel and 21-round capacity.
A barrel this short keeps the pistol easy to conceal and carry, at the cost of some velocity and a shorter sight radius. It comes with night sights. The slide is cut for a red dot on the Romeo-M17 footprint, so an optic mounts without machining. The optic itself is bought separately, and it needs to match that footprint or use a plate that adapts to it.
The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and carry. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
