The Streamlight Sli Tlr-v II Led/ir is a weapon light.
Lumens measure total light output; candela measures how much of it is concentrated into the beam. Two lights with the same lumen figure can behave completely differently – the one with higher candela throws further, the one with lower candela spreads wider and lights a room better.
A weapon light has to be mounted where it can be operated without changing your grip, and its switch has to be reachable. Check the mount matches your handguard – M-LOK, Picatinny and pistol rails are all different fittings.
