The SPG Prod Optic Plate is an optic adapter plate.

An adapter plate lets a red dot with one footprint sit on a slide cut for another. Footprint is the whole question – RMR, Acro, Shield RMSc, DeltaPoint and Holosun K are different patterns and are not interchangeable.

Plates stack tolerances and add height, so re-zero after fitting and check your sights still co-witness if that mattered to you. Use the screws supplied with the plate and the maker's torque figure; the commonest cause of a dot that will not hold zero is a loose plate.
