ARCHERY SIGHT – NOT FOR FIREARMS. This is a bow sight. It mounts to the riser of a compound bow and will not fit a rifle, pistol or shotgun. It appears under Gun Sights because of how our distributor catalogues it, not because it is a firearm part.
This one has a single .019" pin, for a right-hand bow.
One pin is set for a single distance and moved on a dial or slider for others. It gives the cleanest sight picture and demands that you know the range and adjust before the shot.
A thicker pin is brighter and quicker for the eye to find in poor light, at the cost of covering more of the target at longer ranges.
This is a hard mount – fixed rather than adjustable fore and aft, which is simpler and lighter.
