The Streamlight 3V Lithium CR123 is a flashlight.
Lumens measure total light output; candela measures how much of it is concentrated into the beam. Two lights with the same lumen figure can behave completely differently – the one with higher candela throws further, the one with lower candela spreads wider and lights a room better.
Runtime and output are traded against each other, and a light rated at its highest output will not hold that figure for the whole battery. Check which battery it takes and whether it is rechargeable before you rely on it.
