Description

The Smith & Wesson / S&W 1854 is a lever action rifle in .45-70 GOVERNMENT with a 16.5" barrel, a 1:20 twist and 5-round capacity.

A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes with rs: xs ghost ring fs:gold bead sights.
