The Auto-Ordnance Thompson Deluxe – is a semi-auto in .45 ACP with an 18" barrel and 100-round capacity.

This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. It comes with blade front, adjustable rear sights.

The .45 ACP is commonly chosen for range use, competition and carry. A large, slow bullet with mild muzzle blast; magazines hold fewer rounds than a comparable 9mm.
