The Winchester M94 is a lever action in .38-55 Winchester with a 20" barrel, a 1:12 twist and 6-round capacity.
This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with yes sights.
