The Winchester Repeating Arms Xpert Shadow is a bolt action in .21 Sharp with a 16.5" barrel, a 1:12 twist and 10-round capacity plus one chambered.
A carbine-length barrel keeps the rifle maneuverable, trading some velocity for handling. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with ramped post front/adj rear sights.
Bolt actions are commonly chosen for hunting and target shooting, where the simpler mechanism and rigid lockup are valued.
