Description
The Winchester Xpert BR Forged 21 is a bolt action rifle in .21 Sharp with a 16.5" barrel, a 1:12 twist and 10-round capacity plus one chambered.
At this length it is easier to work in thick cover or from a blind, trading some velocity for the handling. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with a ramped post/ front sight and a adj. leaf rear sight.
A bolt action locks the cartridge up rigidly and repeatably, which is what makes it the accurate choice for hunting and target work – there is no gas system or reciprocating carrier moving while the shot breaks.
