The Spyderco Spydiechef Salt features a 3.32" LC200N blade, clip point, plain edge, titanium handle, satin finish.

The blade is LC200N, a nitrogen steel that is virtually rustproof while cutting far better than traditional corrosion-resistant steels. Titanium scales are light, strong and completely corrosion-proof.

A blade in this range handles heavier everyday tasks and light outdoor work while still carrying comfortably clipped in a pocket.

Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.32" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it. Knives ship directly to you with no FFL transfer and no background check, unlike a firearm. This steel is effectively rustproof, so it needs little more than rinsing and drying.

The Spydiechef is a refined folding knife that takes the user-friendly ergonomics and balance of a world-class chef's knife and translates them into an all-purpose, everyday-carry folder that is impervious to the elements. A member of Spyderco's Salt Series of ultra-corrosion-resistant knives, the Spydiechef features a gracefully curved blade crafted from LC200N. The nitrogen-based alloy is extremely corrosion resistant and is actually used by NASA for the ball bearings used in aerospace applications. The blades broad profile and full-flat grind create exceptional edge geometry that ensures precise, low-friction cutting performance. The reverse-side scale houses a stout Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) mechanism that locks the blade firmly open when in use.
