The SOG Seal Xr Ti Gfn folding knife features a 3.90" MagnaCut blade, titanium handle, OD green finish.
The blade is MagnaCut, a modern powder steel that balances edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance better than almost anything before it. Titanium scales are light, strong and completely corrosion-proof.
A blade in this range handles heavier everyday tasks and light outdoor work while still carrying comfortably clipped in a pocket.
Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.9" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it. Knives ship directly to you with no FFL transfer and no background check, unlike a firearm. Keep the blade dry and the pivot clean, and touch the edge up on a strop or fine stone before it gets properly dull – it is far less work than bringing back a blunt edge.
An upgraded version of their best-selling Seal XR knife, the all-new Seal XR L-Ti boast a titanium liner, making it 1.4 ounces lighter and make the knife more balanced than its predecessor. This rugged folder also includes SOG first knife in MagnaCut blade and come with two additional grey and ODG handles that can easily be swapped out.
