Description

The Daniel Defense H9 is a semi-auto in 9mm with a 4.28" barrel, a 1:10 twist and 15-round capacity.

This is a full-size handgun barrel length – more velocity and a longer sight radius than a compact, in exchange for size. It comes with a fiber optic front sight and a u-notch rear sight. The slide is cut for a red dot, so an optic mounts without machining. The optic and, on most models, a mounting plate are bought separately, and the plate has to match the footprint your optic uses.

The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and carry. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
