The Super Duty MOD1 is the current evolution of the Super Duty platform, with continuous design development aimed at ergonomics and modularity while keeping the balance of performance and reliability the line is known for.
The Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt are both High-Pressure Tested and Magnetic Particle Inspected. The Stressproof Bolt is made from Carpenter 158+, developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to be cleaner and carry fewer impurities, which Geissele rate at five times the life of a mil-spec bolt.
The gas system is matched as a set: the Super Compact Gas Block, tuned gas port sizing and the Super 42 braided buffer spring work together to keep cycling reliable while holding felt recoil down. The MOD1 uses the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, compatible with the HUXWRX FLOW series.
The trigger is the SSA-E X two-stage with a wide-body Lightning Bow shape and Nanoweapon-coated components. Controls are the ambidextrous Super Configurable Safety, Airborne Charging Handle, checkered magazine release and Maritime Bolt Catch.
The rifle uses the centre-tab mated MK16 rail and a B5 SOPMOD stock, an A17 grip, and Geissele’s Quick Disconnect sling mount endplate with stainless QD inserts in the rail.

Before you buy
- NFA WARNING: this rifle has a permanently pinned and welded muzzle device. That makes the device an integral part of the barrel so the barrel meets the 16″ minimum length, and no registration or tax stamp is required. Removing or modifying the muzzle device converts the rifle into an item regulated under the National Firearms Act. State and local restrictions may also apply, and compliance is the buyer’s responsibility.

A note on finish. Geissele use Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize, which means there is no exact color matching between parts and some shade variation is normal. Two parts bought at different times can differ slightly. More on anodize shade variation and finish methods.
Geissele builds to order rather than holding reseller stock. Firearms, uppers, barrels and bolts carry a factory lead time of roughly 15 to 25 weeks depending on the product — please order with that timeline in mind. Some orders ship sooner. Suppressor ready
This rifle ships with a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD, which is an approved HUXWRX mount. A HUXWRX FLOW suppressor mounts to it directly – no adapter to buy, and the suppressor warranty stays intact. HUXWRX only warranty their suppressors when mounted on approved hardware.
