ARCHERY SIGHT – NOT FOR FIREARMS. This is a bow sight. It mounts to the riser of a compound bow and will not fit a rifle, pistol or shotgun. It appears under Gun Sights because of how our distributor catalogues it, not because it is a firearm part.
This one has a single .010" pin, for a right-hand bow.
One pin is set for a single distance and moved on a dial or slider for others. It gives the cleanest sight picture and demands that you know the range and adjust before the shot.
A finer pin covers less of the target at distance, which suits precise aiming; it also gathers less light, so it is dimmer at dusk.
The dovetail mount slides fore and aft, so the sight housing can be positioned to line up with your peep.
