The Spyderco Harrier 2 features a 3.39" 8Cr13MoV stainless blade, clip point, serrated edge, textured G-10 handle, black finish.

The blade is 8Cr13MoV SS, a budget-friendly Chinese stainless that sharpens easily and resists rust well, though it needs touching up more often than premium steels. A serrated edge bites into rope, webbing and fibrous material far better than a plain edge, and stays aggressive long after a plain edge has dulled. G-10 is a fiberglass laminate: light, dimensionally stable, and grippy even wet.

A blade in this range handles heavier everyday tasks and light outdoor work while still carrying comfortably clipped in a pocket.

Carry laws are set locally as well as by state, and a 3.39" blade is legal to carry in many places and not in others – check your state and city rules before you carry it.
