TAU 1-TX9F441-MF TX 9MM FULL 4.5″ 2X17 MFDE

Description

The Taurus TX9 is a semi-auto pistol in 9mm with a 4.5″ barrel and 17-round capacity.

This barrel length gives a longer sight radius and a little more velocity than a carry-length barrel, in exchange for size and weight. The slide is cut for a red dot, so an optic mounts without machining. The optic and, on most models, a mounting plate are bought separately, and the plate has to match the footprint your optic uses.

The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and defense. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
