Description
The Taurus TX9 is a semi-auto pistol in 9mm with a 4.5″ barrel and 10-round capacity.
This barrel length gives a longer sight radius and a little more velocity than a carry-length barrel, in exchange for size and weight. It comes with adjustable sights. The slide is cut for a red dot, so an optic mounts without machining. The optic and, on most models, a mounting plate are bought separately, and the plate has to match the footprint your optic uses.
The 9mm is commonly chosen for range practice, competition and defense. The most widely available centerfire handgun round, which keeps practice affordable and ammunition easy to find.
Please note this item cannot be sold into New York. Restrictions come from the manufacturer or distributor and are applied automatically at checkout, so check before ordering if you are in one of those states.
