Winchester Guns 535732299 XPR SR 6.8 Western Caliber with 3+1 Capacity, 24″ Threaded Barrel, Black Perma-Cote Metal Finish & Black Webbed Green Grayboe Renegade Long Range Stock Right Hand (Full Size)

Description

The Winchester Guns Xpr Sr 6.8 is a bolt action in 6.8 Western with a 24" barrel, a 1:8 twist and 3-round capacity plus one chambered.

A long barrel gives the cartridge room to build velocity, at the cost of handling in tight spaces and some added weight. That is the standard twist for this cartridge, and it stabilizes the bullet weights most factory ammunition is loaded with. It comes drilled & tapped, so it is ready to take an optic without extra machining.

Bolt actions are commonly chosen for hunting and target shooting, where the simpler mechanism and rigid lockup are valued.

This is a serialized firearm. It ships to a licensed dealer near you rather than to your door, and you complete the transfer there with a Form 4473 and a background check. State and local rules govern what can be shipped where, so check yours before ordering – and if you are unsure, ask us first.

The XPR Renegade Long Range SR goes ten steps further with all the accuracy features you need for long-range shooting, starting with a Grayboe Renegade Long Range stock. The trim, vertical grip, along with a wide, flattened fore-end and undercut buttstock create an exceptionally stable platform that performs superbly on the bench, but proves itself in the field as well. Featuring threaded muzzle; Perma-cote matte black finish; Inflex technology recoil pad; M.O.A. Trigger System; bolt unlock button; Two-Position thumb safety; recessed Target Crown; Button-Rifled, Free-Floated, Sporter Steel barrel and detachable box magazine.
