Description

The Winchester M94 Short Rifle is a lever action in .30-30 Winchester with a 20" barrel, a 1:12 twist and 7-round capacity.

This barrel length is a common compromise: enough to develop most of the cartridge's velocity while staying manageable to carry. Twist rate determines which bullet weights stabilize: a faster twist favors heavier, longer projectiles. It comes with bead front/semi-buckhorn rear sights.
